Our featured debut book is a Young Adult Fantasy inspired by West African Mythology. When her misplaced trust leads to her mother's death, our FMC goes on to live a life under the radar, with nothing but a desire for vengeance driving her, until a mysterious Lord appears offering her a chance to right past wrongs, and create a new world for her people. This book has beautiful worldbuilding, infusing West African Mythology throughout, while having a range of characters you cannot help loving!
Likewise, our bookish goodies are inspired by books based on West African Mythology, taking inspiration from The Blood Trials, Blood Scion, The Gilded Ones, and Legendborn.
